1. Spot Reservation & Ownership

All spot purchases are final and non-refundable.
Each spot is a one-time NFT representing ownership of a unique location in the pyramid.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address and profile information.

2. Payment & Reservation Window

Once a spot is reserved, it is locked for 24 hours while awaiting payment.
If payment is not received within this time, the spot will be released.

3. Content Submission

You may provide a name, brand, message, or logo. Offensive, harmful, or illegal content is not permitted and may be removed at our discretion.
By submitting content, you grant Ballers100 a non-exclusive right to display it on the site.

4. NFT Transfer & Resale

You may transfer or resell your spot NFT through any supported marketplace.
Ballers100 does not facilitate or guarantee secondary sales.

5. Privacy

Your email and wallet address are used solely for claim processing and communication.
Profile display (ENS, social handles) is optional and user-controlled.

6. Disclaimer

Ballers100 is a digital art and collectible project. It does not constitute investment advice or financial services. We make no guarantees regarding the value, utility, or resale of any spot or NFT.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
